천안 유관순열사 봉화탑

이 봉화탑은 1977년 10월 12일 건립된 높이 약 5.6m의 구조물로, 유관순 열사가 1919년 아우내 장터 만세운동을 알리기 위해 봉화를 올린 매봉산 정상에 세워졌습니다
Yu Gwan-sun Bonghwatap
Located atop Maebongsan in Cheonan, this 5.6-meter-high beacon tower was erected on October 12, 1977, to commemorate Yu Gwan-sun’s signal fire during the March 1st Movement in 1919. From this summit, she is said to have lit a beacon to rally local participation in the Aunae Market independence demonstration. Today, the monument stands as a tribute to her courage and the broader spirit of grassroots resistance during Korea’s independence struggle.
